Introduction
1.1 Our Website is provided to you by Slumberland Marketing Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia under registration number 238828-V. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. Our registered office is at Lot 7, Jalan P/1, Bangi Industrial Estate, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
1.2 We may change these terms at any time without notice by updating the terms shown on our Website. It is your responsibility to review our Website terms each time you enter our Website to ensure you are aware of our latest terms and conditions. Your use of our Website after a change has been made signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 You, as the user of our Website (hereby referred to on this site as “you,” “your,” and “yourself”), can use our Website for your own personal non-commercial use.
2.2 You are not permitted to use, or cause others to use, any automated system or software to extract content or data from our Website except in cases where you or any applicable third party has entered into a written agreement with us that expressly permits such activity.

4.1 We are only liable to you in connection with your use of our Website for losses which you suffer as a direct result of our breach of these terms. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage or loss or for any business losses that you may incur, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits or business interruption.
4.2 You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that our Website will:

- c) All successful orders and transactions are non – refundable except for unforeseen payment issues such as double payments.

7.1 We reserve all Rights in and to the vono.com.my domain name and all related domains and sub-domains, the name “Vono”, our logo and our service marks, brand names, trading names and/or trademarks appearing on our Website. Other trademarks, products and company names mentioned on our Website may be the trademarks of their respective owners or licensors and the Rights in such marks are reserved to their respective owners or licensors.

The Warranty Period is only applicable at the country of purchase to the first/original purchaser of the Product. The purchaser shall furnish the proof of purchase with the original receipt to us. This warranty is not transferrable.

Linking to our website
11.1 You may link to any page of our Website, for non-commercial purposes provided that you do so in a way that is fair and legal and which does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
11.2 You must not link to our Website in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Enquiries and complaints
13.1 If you have an enquiry or complaint about our Website, you should contact our customer services department at enquiry.my@hildinganders.com and we will try to answer your enquiry or resolve any complaint as soon as possible.
Indemnity
14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless Vono its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of our Website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
100-night trial period
The 100 nights trial period is only applicable for our Vono Ezzy mattress in box (MIB) range. Within 100 days of purchase, if by any reasons whatsoever, you are not fully satisfied with your Vono Ezzy, you may let us know by sending us an email to enquiry.my@hildinganders.com and we’ll make arrangement for your mattress to be picked up from your location. After we collected the mattress and conduct a full inspection to our satisfaction, the total payment you made to Slumberland Marketing Sdn Bhd will be refunded to you.
By purchasing Vono Ezzy, you are also bound to the following Terms & Conditions:
- The 100-night trial commences from the day you receive your mattress through delivery.
- In order to be eligible for a return, you must be a full-paying Vono customer and have been sleeping on your mattress for a minimum of 25 days. This is because it will take 3-4 weeks for your body to adjust and break-in to a new mattress, therefore, please try the mattress for at least 25 days before you make a return request.
- You can also opt for an exchange* with Vono product of equivalent or higher value than the Vono Ezzy MIB you purchased. There will be no refund for the balance difference for an exchange that is of lower value than Vono Ezzy MIB.
- In order to be eligible for a return / refund, or an exchange, the mattress must be purchased from Vono Exclusive Stores & Authorized resellers.
- To make a return request, send us an email with your order number and reason for returning to enquiry.my@hildinganders.com
- A return request made after 100 nights from date of receiving will not be entertained.
- Please attach the receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request. You are also required to state your availability for the scheduled pickup time of your mattress.
- If we could not reach you or did not receive any response from you after reasonable attempts to contact you with regards to your return request after the 100-night trial period, you will no longer be eligible for a return / refund request.
- The 100-night trial is limited to one (1) mattress per household only and is applicable for your first mattress purchase
- Purchase of incorrect size are NOT eligible for a return request.
- Any subsequent purchase of Vono Ezzy mattress from the same customer will not be eligible for 100-night trial period. Customers may be identified by customer name, delivery address, phone number, email address, or by any other means.
- Vono will only accept return request for 1st time buyer of Vono Ezzy.
- We reserve the complete right to refuse any return request If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are returning the mattress for reasons other than being genuinely dissatisfied with the product.
- The returned mattress must be in good condition. If mattress is found with severe liquid spillage, stains or damage during the inspection process, it will not be granted a refund. Please note that the returned mattress will not be resold.
- When returning the mattress, make sure that the mattress is wrapped up securely using either its original plastic or any suitable plastic cover to protect and avoid the product from getting soiled or damaged during transportation. We will charge a compensation fee of RM500 for cleaning and repairs purposes should the product reached us with no proper wrapping. The fee will be deducted promptly from the refund amount.
- When indicating the pickup address, please make sure that it is the same as the original delivery address. The return is only valid in territories where Vono sells and ships.
- In the event that you are not at home at the moment of the scheduled pickup and that our third-party courier has to reschedule another visit, a compensation fee (RM150 for areas within Klang Valley; RM250 for areas outside of Klang Valley) will be charged to you. The fee will be deducted promptly from the refund amount.
- If the product you pre-order is out-of-stock at the moment of the purchase, the 100-night trial period will be counted from the date of shipping (or the order is received).
- A full refund (with the deduction of any applicable fees) will be issued after we have collected the mattress back to our warehouses or facilities, and completed the necessary inspection.
- The refund will be issued in the same method of payment as your original payment, either credit to the original card, or the account that you have used to purchase it online.
- The mattress will auto reform or expand into a mattress shape after opening. If the mattress does not expand to at least 95% reform rate after 3 days, Vono will offer an exchange. Please send us an email with your order number for the exchange to enquiry.my@hildinganders.com.
