Return & Refund Terms and Conditions
All purchases made on www.vono.com.my are considered final. Slumberland practices a strict no return and no refund policy, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
1.1 Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all mattresses and bedding products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, unless the Product is defective upon arrival or if a double payment has been made.
1.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same order.
Unfulfilled Orders: If Slumberland is unable to fulfil the order due to stock unavailability or logistical limitations.
1.3 Product Defect or Damage – Exchange Only
If the Product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, it must be reported immediately upon delivery (refer to Clause 1.8). In such cases, we will arrange for an exchange, not a refund. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition for the exchange to proceed.
1.4 Refund Process
If your case meets the eligibility criteria:
You must submit a refund request to enquiry.my@hildinganders.com within 7 working days after placing the order.
Proof of payment, order details, and supporting evidence (e.g. photos of defects) must be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
1.5 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
-Change of mind after purchase
-Inability to receive delivery due to access
-limitations or refusal to accept delivery
-Used or tampered products
-Any refund request submitted beyond the allowable time period
1.6 Return or Pick-Up (If Applicable)
In the rare case where a return is approved (e.g. for defective items), Vono will arrange for collection or advise the return process. The Product must be in unused, original condition with packaging intact.
